This beautiful Copper Beech tree in Merton (SW20) had become very dense and was restricting light to several gardens that surrounded it.

Our client asked our tree surgeons to prune the tree decrease its size and thin the crown but also to retain its shape and its aesthetic value to the area.

Trees like this are a pleasure to climb and work on and our client was very pleased with the result.

If you are based in South London and have an overgrown tree that’s taking over your garden, we can help. Call Toby now by clicking above to request a free quote.

About Crown Reduction

When our London tree surgeons perform a tree crown reduction they ensure that all the branches are cut back to a suitable length and back to a suitable growth point. The entire crown is thereby reduced in size and volume but maintains a pleasing shape in line with the natural profile for the species.

"We used Toby to cut back a tree from a neighbour’s garden that was hitting our roof. Toby approached the neighbour and as we live in a conservation area took care of the legalities before commencing work. "
