Our approach to the coronavirus
COVID-19, or the coronavirus, is affecting daily life across the country. However, our tree surgery teams are still able to work and we have established a method of working that enables us to operate safely in full compliance with the Government’s guidelines.
Changing Situation
If the Government advises us to stop working then we will, of course, do so immediately and will contact our clients to rearrange appointments for a later date.
Social Distancing
Our staff are working in teams of two and following strict social distancing rules. They will not approach clients or any members of the public closer than two metres.
Customer Specific Requirements
Toby is available to discuss your requirements and the safety procedures at any time. We are, of course, always happy to comply with any safety conditions that our customers would like to impose.
